Hey everyone and welcome back to my blog! Continuing in Fall Week, today I’m bringing you my go-to fall makeup look, which is a simple smokey brown eyelid and red berry lips. Check out how I did this look below!
So this is my face without any makeup, I’m looking pretty tired and red pretty much every morning. I started off with just some moisturizer around my eyes and nose, since those are the areas I’ve been noticing are really dry lately.
To start off I did my eyebrows using the NYX Eyebrow Pencil in brown, just filling in my sparse areas. I also used the ELF Eyelid primer to prime my eyes for the shadows and liner I would be putting on next.
Next off I grabbed my Sephora Blinged Palette and put the middle brown shade all over my lids using an ELF shadow brush. Then I grabbed the sparkly brown color that is second to last in the palette on a crease brush and put that in my crease and outer edge. I blended out the color using an ELF Blending brush and ended the eyeshadow look by grabbing that original brown color on the shadow brush and just reapplying that back on my lid.
To finish off my eye look, I took my NYX Super Fat Eye Marker to just line my eyes and then used my Buxom Mascara and applied that to my upper lashes with two coats.
To set my concealer, I grabbed my ELF Tone Correcting Powder and used my Real Techniques blush brush to place that all over my face. For blush I used my ELF Blush and Bronzer set and the same brush to apply that to the apples of my checks, and I also put the bronzer right under my cheekbones just to accentuate them slightly.
Lastly, to finish off the look I took my NYX Red series Red lip crayon and applied that to my lips, and then put on a coat of the Maybelline Baby Lips in Grape to bring in a berry hue and a bit of shine. I feel like the warmth of the brown eyes and the berry lips really work together and bring about a fall look!
That’s it on this post folks, let me know in the comments below if you liked this style of makeup tutorial and what others you’d like to see. See you next time to the conclusion of Fall Week!
