Target Dollar Spot Haul

Hey everyone and welcome back to my blog! Today I’m going to share with you a quick Target Dollar Spot Haul, since I’ve found that within the past few days Target has brought out new products (mostly holiday related) and I wanted to check them out. Check out my post below to see some of the new products!

Warmth of Bourbon Scented  Candle – $.90

This candle was a complete steal, I somehow managed to save $2.90 off of a $3 candle so it’s immediately a good purchase in my eyes. I picked up this candle out of the four or five scents they offered because I was looking for a warmer scent that was out of the norm for myself. I generally tend to reach for sweeter scents, so I’m just trying to branch out a bit more. It’s almost cinnamon scented too, so I think that it’s going to be really nice once it gets a bit colder out. Sidenote, the packaging  is super cute but the other candle scents have more Christmas-y designs if that’s your prerogative.

Facial Tissues – $1

Whenever the weather starts to get colder, I begin to hoard tissues like crazy. I’m always getting sick and seem to have an infinitely runny nose, so these little tissues are lifesavers for whenever you’re out and about. I picked these up because I love how cute the little Christmas lights look, however there are several designs that I’m sure I will collect as it gets colder.

Magnetic List Pad – $1

I love the office supply section of the Dollar Spot! This pad is so cute, it’s a decently sized notepad with lined paper and a min green border with gold polka dots. I personally ripped the magnetic strip off the back because I’ll be keeping this in my purse, but it would be really cute on your fridge or just to carry around. There were also a few different designs of this pad, however I just can’t resist anything mint or with gold dots!

2 Pack of Sticky Notes – $1

I have been on the hunt for Winter/Christmas sticky notes since Halloween has ended. I’ll admit that I’m not insane about Christmas (we still have Thanksgiving for pete’s sake), but I just have a weakness for seasonal sticky notes. I love this because they aren’t too Christmas-y, but will look good for winter note taking and for my planner. Plus it’s a 2 pack, so each one was $.50!  They also come on a piece of cardboard holding the two notes together, but since I’ll be throwing them in my purse I like that, however I’m sure they would come off easy if you just wanted to take one around with you.

Page Flags – $1

Ahhh, the ever so popular Target page flags. I honestly really love the previous page flags I’ve tried, so I had to pick up a new set when I stopped by the other day. There were two different page flag selections, however they seemed to have the same design just with different colors (I believe it was pink). I grabbed the green ones because once again, I’m a sucker for mint green. The first flag shares the same design as the note pad I grabbed, the second flag is just a grayish green color, and the last flag is white with red, mint green, and gray dots. I think these will be really cute in my planner and just for everyday use!

Spiral Bound 2016 Wall Calendar – $3

I’ve just started looking around for a 2016 calendar since the year is coming to an end, and when I saw this at Target I just couldn’t resist. There were around three different designs, but I ended up purchasing the chalkboard one. I love this because it’s so simple, yet it’s just got a gorgeous flair to it. Also, it was the only design I saw that had boxes for each day rather then just the number, and since I’m big on planning I like that I have room in case I need to jot appointments or something down. Each month has the same design on it, and I think it’s going to be really cute for the new year!

Limited Edition Candy Cane Chapstick Set – $2.97

This was my only purchase outside of the dollar spot, and once I spied these next to the register, I just had to grab them! I’ve had pretty badly chapped lips since I’ve been having a lot of dental work done, so Chapstick has been my holy grail product. I currently have been using the Cake Batter Chapstick, but I though once the Winter season comes upon us this will be a nice pick me up!

Well folks, that’s it for my Target Dollar Spot Haul! Let me know in the comments below what products you’ve spotted in the Dollar Spot, and what I should be on the look out for. Check back later in the week for my Birthday Week Plan With Me and my October Favorites!
